  1. I acknowledge that the price I have agreed to list my property will not increase based upon a potential buyer’s offer. I agree that if there is a price change for my property that I will give Mexico Realty Brokers advanced notice and not during the negotiations or sale process with a potential buyer and agent.

  1. I acknowledge that the commission I agree to pay upon completion of the sale of my property and during the negotiations of the sale will not decrease for any reason.

  1. I acknowledge that I have not signed an exclusive listing agreement with another brokerage, nor am I bound by one, and that I am free to work directly with Mexico Realty Brokers. Should I sign an exclusive agreement with another brokerage, Mexico Realty Brokers will be notified immediately.

  1. If the buyer defaults on the sale after the promissory contract has been signed, the earnest money deposit will be shared between the seller 50% and Mexico Realty Brokers 50%.

  1. I acknowledge that this non-exclusive sale listing agreement is for a time period of 12 months from the date of signing, and will continue on a rolling basis thereafter unless cancelled by either party. I may choose to terminate at any time this non-exclusive sale listing with advanced written notice to Mexico Realty Brokers so long as it is not during the negotiations or sale process with a potential buyer and agent.

I may choose to terminate at any time this exclusive sale listing ONLY with a one month advanced written notice to Mexico Realty Brokers so long as it is not during the negotiations or sale process with a potential buyer and agent.
